Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Guardrail Maintenance Technician to support highway maintenance operations in the Houston, Texas area.

Based in Porter, TX, you will supervise crews performing guardrail repair, debris removal, sign maintenance and related concrete work while complying with all regulations and company policies. The role requires at least 2 years of highway experience, equipment operation (wheel loader, skid steer, forklift), and a strong focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of highway-related experience.
• Roadway or guardrail maintenance experience.
• Concrete forming/repair experience.
• Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, ForkLift, Asphalt Roller operation.
• Clean driving record is essential; pass criminal background check.
• CDL license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews performing highway maintenance, debris removal, sign and guardrail repair, and concrete work.
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Operate or assist with operation of equipment as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics; overtime may be required.
• Maintain safety practices and use PPE.
