Job summary

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. in Texas is seeking a full-time Guardrail Repair Technician to perform maintenance on highway infrastructure, guardrails, cables and concrete repairs in Bexar County. The role requires adherence to regulations and company policies.

The position reports to the Adkins yard and offers full-time hours, a daytime schedule, and potential night/weekend work. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant maintenance experience and a valid CDL A is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of related maintenance, repair, or installation experience.
• Experience with guardrail, cable rail, or crash cushion is a plus.
• MOT certifications (traffic control) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, or installation on guardrails, cables, and related components.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Operate wheel loader, skid-steer, forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Adapt to varying schedules, including nights and weekends during events.
