Des Moines Elder Law seeks a Guardianship paralegal to manage a busy caseload of Certified Professional Guardian/Conservator matters. The role involves tracking court deadlines, drafting pleadings for reports and notices, verifying accounting and financial statements, and maintaining clear communications with guardians, the court, and other attorneys. In-office, full-time with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m.

and 5:30 p.m. M-F.

Formación

• Must be able to stay organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to problem solve and work efficiently within processes.
• Capable of managing own caseload from start to finish.

Responsabilidades

• Track filing deadlines with the Court.
• Draft pleadings to approve reports and required notices.
• Verify accounting and financial statements.
• Communicate with professional Guardian/Conservators about case statuses and deadlines.
• Communicate with the Court and other attorneys.
• Schedule hearings.
