Job summary

The Arc Alliance in Eagleville, PA seeks a Guardian Caseworker-Exempt Staff to advocate for incapacitated individuals and coordinate care with a team. The role requires multi-site travel, certification within a year, and adherence to required clearances.

You will maintain detailed ward records, oversee safety and medical services, and participate in court and care conferences to support client goals and rights.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain guardianship certification within 1 year or already certified.
• Maintain FBI, Criminal History and Child Abuse clearances at hire and update as required.
• Must be legally authorized to drive in Pennsylvania; valid license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% across service counties.
• Experience with human/social services systems and benefits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person visits to clients across varying living situations.
• Coordinate personal safety, problem solving and case management.
• Ensure timely medical and mental health services; attend appointments as needed.
• Maintain ward needs assessments, goals, and records.
• Represent wards in court and coordinate with guardianship networks.
