Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted Florida Dental License.
• Current CPR certification.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all ages, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, preventive services, restorative care, extractions, and prosthodontic procedures within scope of licensure.
