We offer a competitive guaranteed daily rate plus a percentage of production, with mentorship, CE support, and potential leadership or ownership tracks as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Florida dental license in good standing (or eligible).
• Strong clinical skills across general procedures.
• Excellent chairside manner and patient care.
• Team oriented with good communication.
• Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry (diagnostic, preventive, restorative, cosmetic).
• Perform exams, cleanings oversight, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals.
• Develop treatment plans and explain options to patients.
• Build lasting patient relationships grounded in trust and education.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front‑office staff for smooth patient experience.
• Stay current with continuing education and evolving techniques.
