Job summary

WSP is seeking a Civil/Roadway Engineer for our Tamuning, Guam office to work with our Guam Transportation Team on roadway, transit, and pedestrian projects. You will design, analyze, and produce plans, specifications, and cost estimates while coordinating with sub consultants and project teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with staff engineers, adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and contributing to business development efforts within the Guam region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Engineer in Training Certification.
• 3–5 years of post-education civil design experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform design tasks for roadway and intersection improvements and pedestrian projects.
• Prepare plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates; coordinate with sub consultants.
• Ensure production of documents meets scope, schedule, cost and quality requirements.
• Attend client meetings and assist in presentations to clients.
• Support project management, including budgets and scheduling.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to execute project work.
