Job summary

Exp Global Inc. in Guam is seeking a Civil Designer/Engineer to join our Guam team. You will design and analyze civil scope for projects serving US military, GovGuam, and private clients, using AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare plans and specifications.

Candidates should have a BS in Civil Engineering, EIT or pursuing PE, and at least two years of civil design experience; federal project experience is a plus. Excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT required; or pursuing PE certification.
• Minimum 2+ years of civil design experience.
• Federal project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and analysis for civil scope of work for US Military, GovGuam, and private clients.
• Prepare project plans and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates and construction schedules.
• Attend planning and coordination meetings.
• Conduct site investigations as needed.
• Complete environmental, feasibility, and other studies and generate reports.
• Perform quality control/assurance and constructability reviews.
• Ensure construction adheres to specifications.
• Read and interpret construction documents; provide technical guidance.
