Job summary

Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a seasoned GTS Systems Analyst to drive the SAP GTS S4 HANA transformation within the OneRTX program. The role emphasizes harmonizing global trade processes and driving strategic system enhancements across a major RTX facility.

You will collaborate with business, digital teams, and external resources to design, build, test, and deploy compliant GTS solutions, with a focus on process optimization and change management in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and 8+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience.
U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Strong knowledge of GTS e4H, GTS 11.0, and GTS Compliance & Customs Management functionality.
Experience with Seeburger (or other EDI integration)
Knowledge of Intrastat reporting and related capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support SAP GTS S4 HANA transformation through blueprint, build, testing, cutover and hypercare phases.
Collaborate with internal RTX teams and external resources to configure system capabilities.
Develop and execute test scenarios and support defect resolution with business leaders.
Assist migration from legacy systems and ensure smooth go-live and post-go-live operations.
Guide stakeholders on GTS e4H features and best practices across the operating model.
Lead business transformation efforts and capture evolving requirements.
