Collins Aerospace is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking GTS systems analyst to be part of our Digital Technology GTS team. This role is critical to the success of our GTS S4 HANA transformation supporting the OneRTX program, harmonizing key business processes across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence and play a pivotal role redefining our GTS footprint for Collins Aerospace and RTX for the future. Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder. Strong working knowledge and experience with GTS e4H, GTS 11.0, and GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionality. Experience working with Seeburger (or other EDI integration), Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ), and Inward Processing Relief (IPR) solutions. Basic knowledge of Intrastat reporting and related capabilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers, peers, and team members. Ability to work well in a virtual team environment with peers, business partners, and end users. Self-directed and experienced with minimal management oversight. Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers, business partners, and business priorities. Ability to lead in a fast-moving, high pressure software development and deployment environment. Ability to negotiate with the business and resolve internal and external conflicts. Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
