Job summary

Stripe is seeking consultative recruiters to grow and scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) team in the United States, including Chicago. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver best-in-class candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to use data insights to refine recruiting processes.
• Flexible and able to shift priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent for GTM teams.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends and adapt strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring objectives and scale GTM capabilities across US/LatAM/Canada.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Propose scalable changes to recruiting strategy to improve efficacy and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal) to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
