Job summary

Notion is building an inclusive GTM recruiting function in EMEA. We seek a Go-to-Market Recruiter to shape our sourcing strategies and manage end-to-end hiring for Sales and GTM roles across Europe.

You’ll partner with Total Rewards, People Operations, and cross-functional teams to design scalable hiring plans, using AI tools to enhance candidate experiences and provide market insights. Anchor days on-site help collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, GTM functions.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across various levels.
• Experience coaching and advising hiring managers through our recruiting process while keeping talent density as a priority.
• Ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and guide hiring managers in creating inclusive teams.
• Outstanding communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality recruiting experiences.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

About the Role:

The Notion EMEA Recruiting team acts as trusted business partners who craft a thorough, inclusive, and curated interviewing experience. We believe hiring exceptional talent, at the right time, is the best path forward to achieve our company’s ambitious goals.

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market Recruiter to support our growth across key Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on Sales. In this role, you'll help shape our recruiting strategy, manage full-cycle hiring efforts, and ensure a delightful yet rigorous hiring process. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

What You'll Achieve:

• Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to leaders across the GTM org, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through successful close

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €85,000 - €95,000 per year.
