Phonely seeks a versatile RevOps/GT M Analyst to own the systems behind our go-to-market motions. You’ll work between RevOps and Strategy, shaping forecasting, lead routing, and analytics in a fast-moving startup.
This is an in-office role in San Francisco with exposure to leadership and equity upside. You will design dashboards, optimize data quality, and partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align processes as we scale.
At some point in the future, every business will answer their phone with voice AI. We are building the platform that makes it possible.
Phonely builds conversational voice AI agents for high volume phone workflows. Our customers use us to qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve real customer conversations in production.
We are growing fast and just getting started, which means our GTM engine is being built in real time, and we need someone to own the systems and data that make it run.
This is the seat that sits between RevOps and Strategy & Ops. You'll own the systems and data behind our go-to-market motion, and you'll stay flexible enough to pick up whatever the business needs next. Some weeks you're deep in HubSpot workflows. Other weeks you're running an analysis for leadership or untangling a process gap nobody else has claimed. It's not a fixed lane, and it's not a traditional RevOps role.
You'll report directly to the Chief of Staff and have real visibility into how the whole GTM engine is built. This is a role for someone hungry and looking to grow fast, who wants a front-row seat to the decisions that actually move the company. You'll get real ownership and real exposure to impactful, cross-functional work from day one, ideally paired with a foundation in structured problem-solving (think consulting rigor) and a real appetite for startup speed and ambiguity. This role is in office 5 days a week in San Francisco.
We are a team of ex-athletes, founders, and builders with low egos and high standards. We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. On-site in San Francisco five days a week, meals covered, offsites in cool places (Rocky Mountains, Costa Rica, Indonesia), and meaningful equity in a company that is growing fast. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and the founders and have real ownership over how our GTM engine gets built.
