Job summary

Tremendous is seeking a senior GTM engineering leader to drive a global, fully remote team. You will lead a team of GTM engineers across marketing, sales, and platform work, and own the engineering standards that accelerate execution.

This role combines hands-on system building with strategic influence, setting practices, and acting as the ambassador to AI enablement engineering, shaping smooth handoffs and scalable processes for rapid GTM growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across RevOps, GTM engineering, or similar with hands-on building.
• 2+ years managing builders with proven growth results.
• Fluency across the GTM funnel: marketing, sales, and customer success.
