Job summary

OH.io is seeking a technically-minded student for a Part-Time GTM Engineer (Data & Analytics) in Columbus, OH. You will help build data-driven GTM systems, write code, automate pipelines, and surface insights that drive revenue for OH.io and its portfolio companies.

You will report to the Director of Demand Generation, work up to 20 hours/week, and contribute to data infrastructure, AI workflows, analytics, and dashboards in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Sophomore to Senior preferred.
• Strong coding foundation in one or more: React, Python, SQL, or Rails.
• Portfolio of personal projects, student org builds, or dashboards required.
• Experience with LLMs and AI tooling; comfortable with prompts or AI APIs.
• Fast learner with ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset; proactive in fixing automated workflows.
• Adaptable to a fast-moving startup environment; able to work 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Data Infrastructure: help build data layer across portfolio CRMs.
• AI & Automation: develop agentic AI workflows and automation pipelines.
• Pipeline Integration: connect GTM tools like HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, Instantly.
• Analytics & Modeling: assist with lead scoring and pipeline forecasts.
• API Integrations: integrate third-party APIs and MCP servers.
• Dashboards & Reporting: build dashboards tracking KPIs and GTM performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing.

The Role

We are looking for technically-minded student(s) to join our GTM team as aPart-Time GTM Engineer (Data & Analytics). Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will help build data-driven GTM systems from scratch - writing code, automating pipelines, and turning sales data into clean infrastructure and actionable intelligence that drives revenue for OH.io and its portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Infrastructure: Help create and maintain the data layer across portfolio CRMs, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization.
• AI & Automation Workflows: Contribute to building and deploying agentic AI workflows using LLMs and automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs) to surface insights and trigger automated actions across the sales cycle.
• Pipeline Integration: Help architect lightweight data pipelines connecting modern GTM tools such as HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, Instantly and other tools.
• Analytics & Modeling: Assist in developing lead scoring models, pipeline forecasts, and conversion analyses to give sales teams a sharper view of where to focus.
• API Integrations: Integrate third-party APIs and MCP servers to expand data coverage and automate enrichment workflows.
• Dashboards & Reporting: Contribute to building clear, intuitive dashboards tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and GTM performance for non-technical teammates.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing specialists to ship real, day-to-day data solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Current Student: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Ohio State University or other surround universities (Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing preferred).
• Coding by Default: You have a strong foundation in one or more of the following - React, Python, SQL, or Rails.
• Proof of Building: You can show us a small portfolio of work: personal projects/ventures, student org builds, hackathon scripts, automations, or dashboards.
• AI Familiarity: experience with LLMs and AI tooling; comfortable building prompts or playing with AI APIs.
• Fast Learner: You have a proven ability to pick up new tools and frameworks incredibly fast.
• Problem-Solving Instincts: You would rather write a quick script to fix an automated workflow problem than wait for someone else to do it.
• Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment where your scope of responsibility will expand as fast as you can handle it.
• Availability: Able to commit up to 20 hours per week during the academic semester, with the ability to work out of our Columbus office.
