Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Program Manager to join our GTM Acceleration team in a hybrid role based in San Francisco. You will own programs that turn major product releases into timely, actionable work across the field, coordinating with Engineering, Product, Design, and Sales to ensure alignment and progress.

You’ll manage complex cross-functional initiatives, establish clear ownership, milestones, and decisions, and communicate progress to leadership with visibility into risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, or business operations.
• Proven ability to drive ambiguous, high-visibility programs with fixed deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Program-manage Vercel’s highest-priority GTM initiatives from planning through execution.
• Own the GTM enablement roadmap and calendar, coordinating across programs.
• Build and run the EPD-to-GTM release process for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches.
• Enforce product-update communications standards across Slack and enablement channels.
• Provide leadership with a clear view of program status, risks, and decisions.
