With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As Manager of GTM Employee Communications, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing the internal communications strategy for Docusign's Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). You'll serve as a trusted communications advisor to GTM senior leaders, helping them communicate vision, strategy, and change effectively. This means partnering with executives to define communications goals, managing day-to-day execution of ongoing communications priorities, and crafting narratives that drive alignment as Docusign grows as the Intelligent Agreement Management company.

Responsibilities
  • Support and execute internal communications strategies supporting the Docusign GTM organization, aligned with business milestones, product launches, and organizational priorities
  • Manage regular internal communications channels and events for the global GTM organization, including org-level Town Halls and Slack channels, to improve alignment across globally distributed teams. Translate complex GTM strategies, org changes, wins and business priorities into clear, compelling messaging for diverse internal audiences
  • Develop communications narratives, campaigns, and supporting materials
  • Draft and manage executive-level internal communications as needed on behalf of GTM senior leaders (e.g., CRO, GVP Customer Success, GVP Strategy & Operations etc) including for internal forums, Town Halls and more
  • Provide strategic counsel for Docusign cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our employees have the information they need to execute on our business goals
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency; champion AI adoption within the team and broader GTM organization
  • Define and track KPIs (engagement, readership, sentiment, feedback) and use data to continuously improve communications strategies
