Docusign is seeking a Manager of GTM Employee Communications to support internal strategies across the Go-To-Market organization. The role requires an experienced communicator with a BS/BA degree and a background in project management, internal communications, and AI tools. You will collaborate with leaders to drive effective messaging and improve alignment across global teams.
This hybrid position offers a salary range of $105,800.00 – $163,450.00 based on skills and experience, alongside global benefits like paid time off and health plans.
As Manager of GTM Employee Communications, you’ll play a key role in supporting and executing the internal communications strategy for Docusign’s Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). You’ll serve as a trusted communications advisor to GTM senior leaders, helping them communicate vision, strategy, and change effectively. This includes partnering with executives to define communications goals, managing day‑to‑day execution of ongoing communications priorities, and crafting narratives that drive alignment as Docusign grows as the Intelligent Agreement Management company.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Employee & Executive Communications Director.
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be a weekly in‑office expectation)
