Job summary

Klaviyos in Denver is building an agentic data platform for GTM. You will operate and expand a live multi-agent data quality pipeline, working between AI systems and GTM data to keep things running reliably.

You won't code agents from scratch; you'll run them, evaluate outcomes, and extend detection and enrichment with offshore teams. This on-site role demands hands-on data ops, strong documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Data Engineering, and Reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with hands-on data quality ownership.
• Proficiency with Snowflake SQL for querying and validation.
• Experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM tooling in an operational context.
• Experience designing AI-assisted enrichment workflows and evaluating accuracy.
• Comfort using tmux, shell scripts, and log analysis.
• Strong written communication and process design mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor production pipeline sessions across cadences; diagnose and resolve failures without escalation.
• Execute pipeline runs in Claude Claude and tmux; manage long-running batch processes; verify data integrity before downstream handoffs.
• Maintain pipeline orchestration scripts and extend agent coverage as new data elements are prioritized by GTM leadership.
