Join us as a GTM Analytics Manager!

As a GTM Analytics Manager on our GTM Strategy and Operations team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the Sales and Operations organization to catalyze growth by providing robust and relevant analysis, insights, and actionable data-guided recommendations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Diving into datasets to become a subject matter expert on GTM data.
2. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership with insights and strategic recommendations.
3. Conducting comprehensive data analysis of quota-carrying performance to identify risks and opportunities.
4. Streamlining operating review deliverables to improve efficiency.
5. Partnering with Data Engineering to enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• 5+ years in sales analytics, consulting, or similar, with experience in SaaS or tech a plus.
• Strong skills in analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into strategies.
• Experience with predictive analytics, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), SQL, Python/R, and Salesforce schemas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range is approximately $111,525 - $185,875, based on experience and other factors. BMC offers a comprehensive benefits package and a culture that values authenticity and diversity.
