Job summary

Ace Precision in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled GTAW/TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform manual GTAW operations on a diversified line of parts, interpreting sketches and process control sheets to ensure precise dimensions and high-quality welds.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of welding experience, understands welding symbols and AWS standards, and can work with stainless steel, nickel, and cobalt alloys. Opportunities exist for day or night shifts with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience performing GTAW/TIG welding on stainless steel, nickel alloy, and cobalt alloy materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform GTAW/TIG welding operations per sketches and process sheets.
• Interpret drawings, routings and samples to ensure dimensions and tolerances.
• Visually inspect welds, identify defects and perform repairs as needed.
• Maintain welding equipment and contribute to work instruction updates.

Ace Precision is hiring a skilled GTAW/Tig Welder to perform manual Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) operations on a diversified line of standard parts.
