Job summary

GM Motorsports is seeking a Controls Integration & Systems Engineer to support development and integration of advanced motorsports vehicle control systems for GT3 programs. You will work across controls, software, electronics, and trackside operations to deliver reliable, track-ready solutions.

The role requires leadership and collaboration across Bosch and GM teams, with responsibilities spanning vehicle-system architecture, data analysis, and trackside support.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years in motorsports vehicle controls and embedded systems.
GT3 customer program experience.
MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow proficiency.
CAN-based vehicle networks and ECUs experience.
Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

Support development and integration of vehicle systems.
Integrate separate but connecting systems into a cohesive architecture.
Lead controls meetings between Bosch and Powertrain teams.
Analyze vehicle data and suggest control-strategy improvements.
Create customer-facing trackside documentation.
