GT Salesforce Development Manager

Location: Decatur, IL

Job Description

GT Salesforce Development Manager at Archer Daniels Midland Company in Decatur, IL. Responsible for establishing and driving activities related to planning, budgeting, resourcing, creating, and implementing a Salesforce Development strategy aligned with the company's application platforms and strategic business plan. Lead the Salesforce Development best practices (COE), development standards, and support of core development resources, managing a high-engagement team. Define and build Salesforce Development best practices utilizing Sales and Marketing Cloud. Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture and other teams to ensure high-quality, high-performance solutions with excellent user experience, delivering results for customers. Lead a team of developers and manage the portfolio of work.

Work schedule: 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $171,960 – $181,960/year.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, plus five (5) years of related work experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience with:
• Developing on the Salesforce platform
• Salesforce solutions related to Prospect to Cash processes
• Key integration areas with Master Data Management
• Using the Salesforce point-and-click developer interface
• Collaborating with organizational leaders and architects
• Using Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, VF Components, Security Model
• Understanding Salesforce product suite including Mobile, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Platform, and AppExchange
• Establishing best practices in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Producing PowerPoint presentations, SFDC Org environments, and Process flows

Up to 5% domestic travel required. 100% telecommuting permitted.
