Job summary

SLB is seeking a GSS Well Operations Analyst based in Houston to deliver safe, efficient data-driven services at the wellsite. The role focuses on monitoring wells, maintaining sensors, and producing timely reports for customers.

You will participate in risk analyses, support continual improvement, and ensure data confidentiality while collaborating with customer teams. Responsibilities include compiling End of Well Reports, daily updates, ad hoc data requests, and adherence to HSE policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with well-site data collection, reporting, and data integrity is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate data on time.
• Ability to follow standard work procedures and participate in risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor well data, record parameters, and ensure data integrity.
• Produce End of Well Reports, ad hoc customer reports, and daily summaries.
• Maintain sensors and data acquisition equipment at the wellsite.
• Interact professionally with customer representatives and other service teams.
• Uphold customer confidentiality of well data and comply with safety policies.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Wear PPE and maintain required safety training.

Job description

The GSS Well Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The GSS Well Operations Analyst identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. This person monitors the well to provide timely and factual information to our customers; maintain sensors, equipment, and data acquisition equipment; and delivers high quality data to the customer at the wellsite.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Monitor, record, and process well data and parameters, ensuring the integrity and reliability of well data.
• Compile the End of Well Report, ad hoc reports requested by customers, and daily reports.
• Interact with personnel and customer representatives from other service companies professionally at the wellsite.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer well data.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Position will be based in Houston, but cover AKA and other projects.
