Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond within a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, meals, and transitions, following licensing and grant guidelines, and maintaining a clean learning space while building positive relationships with children.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
As a GSRP Aide, you will:
