Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in Michigan's Great Start Readiness Program. You will help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment for preschoolers.

Responsibilities include assisting with routines, meals, transitions, and maintaining health and safety per licensing guidelines. A high school diploma or GED is required; early childhood coursework is a plus.

• Demonstrated dependability, energy, and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage with children.

The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan’s state-funded, nationally recognized Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. As a GSRP Aide, you will support the Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond by helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

As a GSRP Aide, you will:

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
