Tutor Time Childcare and Learning Care are seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten in a nurturing, safe classroom environment.

You will assist with daily routines, activities, meals, and transitions while ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed. A high school diploma or GED and a passion for helping children are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; early childhood coursework or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated dependability and ability to work with young children.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow health, safety, and center guidelines to care for children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and implement age-appropriate activities.
