Learning Care is seeking a dedicated GSRP Aide to support daily classroom routines, assist with meals and transitions, and help maintain a safe, engaging space for young learners.

You will follow licensing guidelines and contribute to a positive, learning-focused environment while building strong relationships with children and families. We value dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit in our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred with early childhood coursework or experience beneficial.
• Demonstrated dependability and energetic, collaborative team player.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow.
• Ability to engage in indoor/outdoor activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and daily activities for children.
• Follow health, safety, and center guidelines for licensing and grants.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and clean learning spaces.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement age-appropriate activities.
