Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a Lead GSRP Teacher for the Great Start Readiness Program. You will plan daily lessons using the approved GSRP curriculum, conduct observations, and collaborate with the classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, experience leading a classroom, and ability to meet state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Elementary Education.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lessons using the approved GSRP curriculum.
• Conduct child observations and assessments using approved tools.
• Collaborate with the associate teacher and classroom team to ensure high-quality instruction and classroom management.
• Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for each child and lead parent-teacher conferences.
• Ensure compliance with GSRP standards, licensing rules, and program quality expectations.
• Participate in required professional development and coaching.
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and community partners.
