Job summary

Heartfelt Impressions Learning Centers in Lake Orion, MI is seeking a dedicated GSRP/PreK classroom aide for the 2026-2027 school year. This regular, full-time role supports four-year-olds as they thrive and prepare for Kindergarten, with a focus on engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

You will build relationships with staff, children and families, learn the HighScope curriculum and daily classroom operations, and start a rewarding career in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver\'s license with chauffer endorsement to drive the 14-passenger bus
• Ability to pass fingerprinting background check
• CPR/First Aid certificate (can be completed within 30 days of hire)

Responsibilities

• Communicates openly with parents and staff
• Provides active supervision at all times
• Activity planning (indoor and outdoor)
• Assists children with homework and conflicts in classroom
• Feeds children at snack time
• Builds respectful relationships in the classroom
• Comply with licensing rules, regulations, and procedures
