Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator in Boston to monitor security networks, analyze events, and support incident responses across our facilities. You will produce timely reports to Security Management and assist clients during emergencies.

Starting pay is $29 per hour. Candidates must have at least 2 years of GSOC experience and be 21 or older. Schedule is Wednesday through Friday 3pm-11pm and Saturday-Sunday 11pm-7am, with opportunity for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; licensing may apply.
• Analytical and reporting skills with ability to prepare reports.
• Strong computer, networking, and software skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Effective communication with IT and Security teams.
• Ability to operate radios and console monitors; flexible shift work.

Responsibilities

• Alarm Monitoring across security systems to protect employees and facilities.
• Manage access to company facilities and CCTV system; process footage requests.
• Provide timely incident notifications to security and emergency responders.
• Coordinate with clients and departments during emergencies.
• Direct visitors and monitor safety protocol compliance.
• Conduct regular patrols and report building issues; support anti-tailgating program.
