Job summary

Pinkerton's Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor will lead a major client security program, coordinating shift operations, intelligence collection, and incident management across global assets and personnel. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years GSOC supervision and investigations experience in a corporate high-tech setting.
• CA Guard card, preferred.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making.
• Ability to handle confidential information and assets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical ability to assess complex situations and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily GSOC activities across the enterprise.
• Supervise incident identification, investigation, and case management.
• Collect intelligence and monitor threats affecting assets and people globally.
• Develop and maintain reporting of threats and investigations.
• Build relationships with law enforcement and intelligence partners.
• Provide actionable intelligence to operators and decision makers.
• Support events and executive protection when needed.
• Evaluate team performance and coordinate training.
