Job summary

KeenLogic supports the U.S. Air Force Executive Airlift Communications Network from Joint Base Andrews, MD. This GSOC liaison role monitors flights, responds to communications incidents, and provides troubleshooting guidance to onboard and ground teams.

The position requires Top Secret clearance and subject matter expertise in Mission Communications Systems for C-32A, C-40B/C, and/or C-37A/B, with onsite work and 24/7/365 operations.

Qualifications

• Top Secret security clearance required.
• Subject matter expertise in Mission Communications Systems for C-32A, C-40B/C, and/or C-37A/B.
• Ability to work onsite at Joint Base Andrews and support a 24/7/365 operation.
• Ability to satisfy Government facility-access, security training, and DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Track executive aircraft in flight and assist with comms issues.
• Provide expert guidance during mission communications anomalies or outages.
• Advise GSOC leadership on mission communications capabilities and issues.
• Document incidents and contribute to trend analysis and service improvement.
• Support 24/7 coverage according to staffing schedule.
