Job summary

Jet Aviation in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a GSE Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on ground support equipment used to serve customers. Responsibilities include maintaining the flight line fleet, managing fuel operations, ordering parts, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years in automotive/truck repair, with skills in schematics, pneumatics, and manuals. On-site with benefits and a 62k–66k base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in basic automotive and truck repair.
• Able to read schematics, pneumatics and manuals without supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office; flexible to shift changes.
• Able to obtain airport driver’s badge within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of ground support equipment on the flight line.
• Ensure safe operation of the vehicle maintenance shop and vehicles in maintenance.
• Manage fuel farm inventory and operations efficiently.
• Order parts for ground vehicles and apply maintenance practices.
• Maintain and administer maintenance programs.
• Learn and maintain ground power units and systems.
• Service aviation refuelers and apply quality control procedures.
• Work with basic DC electrical systems when needed.
• Comply with airport policies and regulations while maintaining customer relations.
• Represent Jet Aviation with industry groups and regulatory bodies.
