Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level II to repair and maintain ground support equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, trucks, and more.

You will perform advanced maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role requires 3 years of verified experience, tool ownership, English communication, and the ability to work a shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, and

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• 3 years of verified experience required.
• Must provide their own tools and toolbox.
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain ground support equipment (tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, trucks) and related components.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engines, electrical, hydraulic, and braking systems.
• Log repair descriptions and track parts for each piece of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Complete paperwork and communicate status of repairs.
