Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a skilled GSE Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, repair and overhaul ground support equipment, ensuring reliable operation for flight operations.

Responsibilities include servicing fluids, reading and applying manuals, using test equipment, and maintaining detailed maintenance logs. A high school diploma or GED and prior GSE/Heavy equipment experience are preferred; candidates must provide their own tools and comply with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain ground support equipment (GSE) used in operations.
• Troubleshoot, repair and overhaul GSE as needed.
• Service fluids (fuel, water, oil, hydraulic fluids) and check instrumentation.
• Diagnose problems using test equipment and manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all work.
• Maintain logs and complete required GSE paperwork.
