Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years' experience supervising/directing work groups.
• Mechancial (mechanical) experience is required.
• Must be able to train, guide, and motivate employees.

• Oversee and lead the GSE maintenance workload, resources, and activities for all GSE shop locations.
• Coordinate activities of the assigned work group with policies and goals established by management.
• Ensure safety, dependability, and reliability of ground equipment and staff.
