Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services, an Akima company, is seeking a lead maintenance professional to oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for the GSE fleet, including de-ice trucks. You will mentor Levels I & II Technicians and coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to reduce downtime.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of GSE, fleet, or automotive maintenance experience OR strong mechanical aptitude with leadership potential.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
  • Valid driver's license required.
