Job summary

Unifi Maintenance is seeking a GSE and Fleet Maintenance Technician to advance your technical career across fleet vehicles and employee shuttles. Open to all skill levels, the role supports diagnostics, major repairs, and complex troubleshooting to maintain fleet reliability and readiness.

Pay ranges from $26 to $44 per hour, with opportunities for ASE and A/C certifications and eligible benefits. Training and career development are emphasized within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience with vehicles.
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, diesel, gasoline, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and computerized vehicle systems.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic software and testing equipment to identify vehicle faults.
• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure compliance with company safety standards and DOT regulations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mechanic I and Mechanic II employees.
• Assist with repair planning, parts procurement, and inventory control.
• Verify the quality of completed repairs and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency roadside and operational repairs as required.
• Recommend process improvements to increase fleet reliability and efficiency.
• Perform all other duties within technical capabilities and experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Maintenance experience and knowledge of servicing vehicles
• Ability to work independently with supervision as required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred qualifications for higher pay range

• Four to six years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Multiple ASE certifications.
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience with fleet maintenance following DOT standards.
• Refrigeration, HVAC, or advanced electrical certifications.
