ADVANCED CHENEGA SERVICES, LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Project Manager to oversee GSA MAS and IDIQ vehicles. You will manage day-to-day contract activities, maintain records, and ensure compliance with FAR and schedule requirements. This role requires coordinating with multiple departments to support opportunities and renewals.

The position is contingent upon bid award and requires strong contract administration skills and leadership in a government contracting environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum five (5) years direct GSA experience required.
• Background and drug screening must be passed.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day management of GSA MAS and IDIQ contracts.
• Serve as internal point of contact for GSA Schedule administration and coordination.
• Maintain contract files, pricing, labor categories, and schedule records.
• Monitor compliance with FAR, schedule requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare contract modifications and track changes and renewals.
• Manage sales reporting and fee submissions, reconcile with financial records.
• Track deliverables, task orders, milestones, and funding for compliant execution.
• Coordinate with BD, pricing, contracts, finance, legal, HR and operations teams.
• Review solicitations and submissions for scope, eligibility, and pricing compliance.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and renewal schedules for leadership.
