A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for its Nursing Administration. This full-time role focuses on scheduling and administrative duties to support nursing staff and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and strong organizational skills, enhancing operational efficiency and coordination within nursing services.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the day to day staffing needs of the nursing division under the direction of the Manager of Staffing and in collaboration with Nursing Leadership including Director of Nursing Education, the CNO, VP Patient Care Services. The Staffing Coordinator duties include schedule, time & attendance and administrative tasks and record keeping. Confidentiality: The Staffing Coordinator is privy to personal and organizational confidential information and must maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.
