Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a dynamic Manager, Growth Unit to lead category strategy and drive growth across our private label portfolio. You will manage P&L, partner with Commercial, Finance, and Operations, and translate Growth Unit strategy into annual plans and executable initiatives.

You’ll work cross-functionally to optimize net sales, margin, and service while building leadership capability and shaping rhythm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business management, category management, or related roles.
• Experience in food, beverage, CPG, manufacturing, private label, or related industries preferred.
• Strong P&L, financial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category business strategy and target its growth, pricing, portfolio, and customer initiatives.
• Manage assigned category P&L including net sales, margin, pricing, and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional category tables and drive disciplined execution across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, cost, and productivity with performance metrics.
• Develop, coach, and manage direct reports and cross-functional partners.
