TreeHouse Foods seeks a dynamic Manager, Growth Unit to join our corporate team in Oak Brook, IL. The role leads category performance, drives growth initiatives, and partners across Commercial, Finance, and Operations to deliver net sales and margins.

You will translate Growth Unit strategy into annual plans and actionable programs, manage cross-functional teams, and support talent development in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own category business performance, including profitability, growth, and operating priorities.
• Translate Growth Unit strategy into a prioritized pipeline of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional category tables and collaborate with Commercial, Finance, RDI, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Quality.
• Monitor performance and develop plans to ensure delivery of financial commitments.
