Job summary
Cissell Mueller Construction, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Assistant Commercial Construction Project Manager (PM Growth Track) for St. Peters, MO.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verified experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant PM, or related commercial construction management role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related technical discipline or equivalent field experience.
- High proficiency in reading architectural blueprints, structural details, and site plans.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Project, and Office 365 (Excel).
- Willingness to travel up to 75% to regional/national job sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractor buyouts and procurements under PM guidance.
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and coordination with architects/engineers to prevent delays.
- Maintain master project schedules and critical path emphasis using Microsoft Project.
- Assist with budgeting, change orders, and progress billing to protect margins.
- Support field safety audits and site inspections per company policy.
