Job summary

HumanSignal is seeking a Growth Associate in San Francisco to build the expert supply side for our Data Services business. You will source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators across dozens of skill profiles and languages, shaping the pipeline that accelerates revenue.

In this high-velocity role, you will use LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks, establish vetting standards, and nurture relationships so our roster stays full between projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience building AI-driven sourcing workflows and improving annotator experience.

Responsibilities

• High touch sourcing and recruiting across languages and skill profiles.
• Scale sourcing channels using AI workflows and automation.
• Establish vetting pipelines based on project requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships to keep experts engaged.
• Collaborate with project and delivery leads to align specs.
• Drive growth by expanding staffed capacity for projects.
