Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Director, Growth & Revenue Systems to lead the systems, data, and processes accelerating global revenue growth. The role demands strategic leadership, technical system expertise, and strong people management to unlock new growth across the customer lifecycle.

The position will be based out of Singapore or San Francisco, with relocation to SF. You will guide a lean team, govern best practices, and partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance to scale our revenue

Qualifications

10+ years in Growth Ops, RevOps or MarTech in a high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
3+ years of formal people management, leading and scaling technical or systems-focused teams.
Deep, hands-on knowledge of core B2B revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools like Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot).
Proven track record of developing and executing a quantitative, hypothesis-driven approach to growth (ideation, A/B testing, analysis, scaling).

Responsibilities

Define and drive multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for growth systems.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to uplift productivity and drive growth initiatives.
Partner with Growth PMs and Data Science on high-leverage hypotheses.
Oversee architectural decisions for CRM, Marketing Automation, and CDP/Data Pipelines.
Evaluate AI tools to automate processes and enhance predictive modeling.
Ensure data integrity and uptime for core revenue systems.
Establish a high-velocity experimentation framework from concept to scaled automation.
