Job summary

Direct Communications in Unity, Maine is seeking a Growth Support Representative to be the heartbeat of our customer interactions. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy, helping customers navigate their broadband journey and complete administrative tasks.

You will educate customers on high-end solutions, coordinate installations, keep precise CRM records, and participate in local outreach to grow our community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration; broadband/telecom experience a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic broadband troubleshooting.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and able to contribute to the team’s success with tact.
• Located in Unity, Maine (or nearby) with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats with empathy to guide broadband customers.
• Educate customers on high-end solutions like managed routers and mobile services.
• Coordinate installations and maintain CRM records for a seamless service experience.
• Represent the brand at outreach events to grow the customer base.

Who You Are

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, sales support, or administration (Broadband/Telecom experience is a plus!).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and basic broadband troubleshooting.
• Self-Motivated & Accountable: You take ownership of your work, admit mistakes, and are always looking for ways to contribute to the team’s success.
• Emotionally Intelligent: You read situations well, communicate with tact, and can handle objections with grace.
• Local Roots: Located in or near Unity, Maine with a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle..
