Minburn Communications in Woodward, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders, tickets and billing inquiries onsite at our Woodward or Minburn office.

You will coordinate with our technical staff to schedule installations and resolve issues, delivering friendly, professional help to customers in our growing fiber internet service area.

Details of the role:

This role will work with customers and potential customers by phone, email or in person to assist them with new orders, service tickets, billing questions and other related tasks.

You’ll also work with our technical staff to schedule new customers installations or resolve technical problems that we call ‘trouble tickets.’

Pay and Benefits offers:

• Salary range to start: $45,750-$48,500
