Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate and timely completion of day‑to‑day tasks associated with 401(k) plan sales, including but not limited to, plan illustrations, proposals, fee comparisons and document change requests
- Reviews and accurately documents changes directed by clients and internal team
- Develops and applies continuously growing product and process knowledge to effectively anticipate and meet growth team needs and industry standards
- Communicates effectively with partners, clients, external and internal customers to identify and resolve issues including but not limited to training and procedural gaps and assists in resolving with appropriate resource(s)
- Prepares outgoing mail and outgoing packages for Growth team via UPS or FedEx
- Approaches every customer contact either by mail, email, or telephone as a personal opportunity to:
- Demonstrate the value PAi brings to the relationship
- Provide professional, personalized service to the customer that exceeds expectations
- Maintains extensive working knowledge of sales CRM, regularly generating reports for the Sales team, Marketing, Senior Leadership Team, and other departments as needed
- Assists with scheduling, organizing, and coordinating complex activities such as team presentations, communications, conferences, video conferences, meetings, webinars, trade shows, department activities, celebrations, and other events
- Creates and maintains Sales Team procedures
- Manages and maintains CRM alongside the Salesforce Administrator
- Manages key sales applications including the configuration, operation, and integration of sales software
- Leads marketing data and analytics efforts including management, measurement, and manipulation of data while working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Team to drive sales strategy
- Provides back‑up to the Growth Support Specialist as needed
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience working in a customer services admirative or sales role
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Accountable and detail oriented, with strong analytical, multitasking and mathematical abilities
- Strong professional communication technique and etiquette
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in business related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Financial Industry experience
- Be aware of employment fraud
