Oura is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to be the analytical horsepower behind growth initiatives. You will build market, competitive, and financial analyses and support strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.

We prefer candidates based in the Bay Area for this hybrid US role. The team focuses on Strategy, Operations, and Business Planning to guide quarterly reviews and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or in-house strategy and operations.
• Financial analysis and modeling as a genuine strength.
• Structured problem solving; break big problems into parts.
• Experience running market or competitive analysis from public data.

Responsibilities

• Build market, competitive, and financial analyses for growth initiatives.
• Own competitive watch across wearables and consumer health.
• Partner with leads across GTM, Product, Finance, and Ops to advance initiatives.
• Create durable, automated analyses and respond to leadership requests quickly.
